Sandra Roebuck

Sandra Roebuck is our Interim Chief Executive Officer and a Company Director on HFL Build, Group and Living Boards. She is a strategic leader with commercial, investment and digital experience across both the public and private sector. Sandra joined Lambeth Council following 20 years in the private sector and has an outstanding track record in the delivery of complex development programmes throughout London. With a determination to flourish and succeed, Sandra creates a prime source of contagious energy directed at getting results. Sandra chairs HFL Living board.

Sophie Taylor

Sophie is Director of Housing at Lambeth Council and has served the borough for more than ten years. She has 20 years of experience in the voluntary and community sector and local government working at strategic and operational leadership levels in Community Safety, Health and Housing. Sophie sits on HFL Living and Build boards.

Dorian Leatham (Chair)

Dorian has over 30 years senior leadership in local government working at strategic and operational leadership levels in housing and regeneration in inner city areas. As well as having resided in Lambeth for over 30 years, for almost two years he was also Interim Executive Director of Housing, Planning, Regeneration and Environment in Lambeth. He has held numerous strategic advisory roles as well as having held numerous non-executive roles primarily in the areas of housing and regeneration.

Andrea Parker

Andrea is the Executive Headteacher of the BJS Federation of Schools which is formed of three primary schools within Lambeth. Andrea has worked in a variety of Lambeth schools over the past 18 years and is passionate about equality in education and children’s access to rich experiences.

Councillor Tim Windle

Tim is the cabinet member for better homes and reducing homelessness. He represents the Clapham Town ward.

Paul Wickens

Paul is director of business and resident services at Lambeth Council and has served the borough for more than twenty years. He was previously head of IT for Lambeth.
